Himbeer Schokoladen Muffins

Ich bin ein totaler Fan von Himbeeren in Kombination mit Schokolade!
Muffins liebe ich sowieso und eignen sich super gut zum Mitnehmen.
Was liegt da also näher als Himbeer-Schokoladen-Muffins zu zaubern?

Zaubern?Eigentlich sind die Muffins garkein Hexenwerk,
denn sie beinhalten keine verrückten Zutaten und gehen super fix!

 

 

Himbeer Schokoladen Muffins

 

Zutaten

  • 100g Dinkelmehl
  • 30g Wheyprotein Schokolade
  • 5g Backpulver
  • 5g Backkakao
  • 200ml heißes Wasser
  • 2 Eier
  • 150g Himbeeren
  • Flavdrops, Süßstoff

 

Zubereitung

  1. Alle trockenen Zutaten miteinander vermischen
  2. Das Wasser, die Eier, den Süßstoff und die Flavdrops hinzugeben und alles vermengen
  3. Teig in die Silikonförmchen geben und die Himbeeren in den Teig drücken
  4. Für 20 Minuten bei 200 Grad Umluft backen
